The Canine Concierge coordinates the required documentation for travel to and from The Bahamas, including applicable import/export permits and U.S. entry forms, helping ensure everything is completed, organized, and ready when you need it.

Includes:

• Review of your dog's travel itinerary and destination requirements

• Coordination of required Bahamas import/export documentation 

• Assistance with applicable U.S. pet entry forms

• Coordination with veterinarians for required health certificates and supporting documents

• Document checklist and timeline

• Follow-up on outstanding requirements

Does not include:

• Veterinary fees, examinations, testing, or certificates 

• Airline or transportation fees

• Customs, quarantine, or inspection fees 

• Legal or veterinary advice

• Guarantee of government or airline approval

Veterinary Concierge

Supervised veterinary appointments, from door to door.

The Canine Concierge picks up your dog, accompanies them to their veterinary appointment, stays throughout the visit, captures important information, and returns them home safely.

Includes:

• Pick-up from home

• Transportation to veterinary appointment

• Check-in and appointment coordination

• Remaining with your dog during the appointment

• Communicating the owner's pre-provided questions/instructions

• Collecting prescriptions and paperwork

• Transportation home

• Post-visit written summary

• Follow-up reminders when appropriate

Does not include:

• Veterinary diagnosis or medical advice

• Making medical decisions on behalf of the owner

• Veterinary fees, medications, testing, or treatments

• Emergency veterinary care beyond transportation/coordination

$200 minimum fee for 3 hours

$75 for each additional hour

$50 or each additional pet

International Travel Accompaniment

Your dog doesn't have to travel alone.

A premium, bespoke service for owners who need someone they trust to accompany their dog through an international journey.

Includes:

• Pre-travel preparation

• Airport coordination

• Check-in assistance

• In-transit care as permitted by airline/route

• Flight accompaniment where feasible

• Arrival coordination

• Ground transportation

• Handoff to owner/caregiver

• Real-time communication

• Travel documentation management

Does not include:

• Airline tickets

• Government fees

• Veterinary costs

• Pet import/export fees

• Ground transportation costs

• Accommodation

• Services outside the agreed itinerary
